BOILER SITE SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage spare parts and tools to ensure availability and proper usage
- Track maintenance schedules and service activities to ensure timely execution
- Supervise boiler operations to maintain 100% runtime efficiency
- Oversee water treatment processes to ensure system performance and compliance
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Drive TPM and Kaizen initiatives to improve operational efficiency and performance
- Coordinate boiler inspections and ensure compliance with required standards
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Plant Engineering
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in boiler operations
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and TPM/Kaizen practices
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
