OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & PATIENT CARE SPECIALIST
Job Purpose:
- Bridge employee wellness and patient care across EBAS and Marlite Insurance
Key Responsibilities:
Occupational Health
- Implement health and safety programs across the organization
- Conduct workplace risk assessments and continuous monitoring
- Manage workplace injuries and ensure proper follow-up
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOSH regulations
- Promote a strong safety and wellness culture
Patient Care
- Provide direct patient care where required
- Assist in medical assessments and evaluations
- Support doctors and clinical teams in delivering quality care
- Educate patients and families on health and wellness practices
Cross-Functional Duties
- Act as a liaison between HR and healthcare teams
- Conduct wellness and health training programs for employees
- Track and report on health, safety, and compliance trends
