Wage & Hour Rights and Responsibilities

Written Demands, Complaints, & Investigations
Demands & Complaints for Wages: If a company owes you salaries, you can send your employer a written need for payment of incomes by mail, e-mail, text message, or other electronic ways. A written need might be sent to the employer at the very same time a Labor Standards Complaint Form for overdue earnings is submitted with the Division.
