I am a finalist Masters of Business Administration-Finance Option, and Bachelor of Commerce-Accounting option both from Africa Nazarene University, with diverse theoretical experience in the field of finance and accounting, which I acquired during my course. Coupled with industry experience mostly in Non-Governmental Organizations, more specifically in the area of international development.I have accumulated knowledge starting from being a tutor for management and finance courses at Africa Nazarene University, a claims and accounts assistant during my internship at National Hospital Insurance Fund, a volunteer in the accounts and finance department of International Cooperative Alliance-Africa, as well as finance officer in the same organization. Recently, because of my demonstrated expertise and performance, I was tasked to coordinate research at the regional level and now ProjectOfficer under the Framework for Partnership Agreement project funded by the European union as well as coordinate We Effect donor-funded project. My career objectives included; to upgrade the impact of my work to the livelihood of rural communities and to make a substantial and systematic contribution to the know-how of the development world. In the next five years, I expect to expand my experiences gained working with cooperatives in the four regional offices of International Cooperative Alliance (Africa, Asia Pacific, Latin America and Belgium) to new territories and new thematic areas by joining international or national development agenciesand Corporations. I see myself as a key player in managing programmes, contributing to development, fostering international cooperation, building the capacity of diverse teams and actively participating in thematic and sectorial networks contributing to better performance of policies and programs as well as sustainability of the world.I have an ecumenic analytical skills, in depth understanding of the logical framework tool for projects analysis, programme budgeting, organisational skills and attention to details as well as a highly demonstrated knowledge working in a multi-cultural setting.I am apersonable and intuitive leader with outstanding management, communication and interpersonal talents, love for the environment, strong business and financial acumen, in-depth technical aptitude, and in-depth project management and research skills and meticulous work ethic
